  3. OptumHealth Physical Health of California including Nexus ACO NR, Nexus ACO R, UHC Charter, UHC Compass, UHC Navigate, UHN in California, United Healthcare Medicare Solutions (West), United Healthcare Signature Value, and Zelis.

  4. Tricare.

 

PRIVATE PAY SPEECH/LANGUAGE THERAPY, INDEPENDENT SPEECH/LANGUAGE EVALUATIONS, GROUP & CONSULTATION RATES:

  • Please Call or E-Mail Christian Grasso to inquire about Rates.

 

PAYMENT:​

  • Speech & Language Therapy: Insurance or Private Pay.

  • Independent Speech & Language Evaluations: School District, Insurance or Private Pay.   

ACCEPTED PAYMENTS:​​

  • Bank & Certified Checks. 

  • Cash. 

  • Major Credit Card.

​PRIVATE PAY BILLING:​​

  • Clients can request an Invoice or Super-Bill.  Both include a Diagnosis, CPT Procedure Code, ICD Diagnostic Code, Rate, Summary of Service Provided, and Charges.    

  • Private Clients can submit either document to their Healthcare Insurer for reimbursement.  However, there is no guarantee, promise or representation that the Insurer will reimburse the Insured in part or whole for any services rendered.
